Back pain can be mild and nagging, or severe and debilitating — but either way, it's something that should be addressed rather than endured. Too many people normalize back pain as part of life when in reality, most cases are highly treatable.
There are many different causes of back pain, some more serious than others. Chiropractors are trained to recognize all of them. If your condition requires care outside our scope, we will refer you to the appropriate specialist without hesitation. But in most cases — disc problems, muscle strain, joint dysfunction, postural issues — chiropractic care is exactly the right first step.
How We Approach Back Pain
We begin with a thorough examination to identify the actual source of your pain — not just its location. We take the time to understand your history, your lifestyle, and what's driving the problem. From there, we build a care plan that addresses the root cause, supports tissue healing, and equips you to maintain the results.
Treatment typically includes chiropractic manipulation to restore joint mobility, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercise, and — where appropriate — Class IV Deep Tissue Laser. If your back pain has a postural or ergonomic component, we'll address that as well.
