Massage therapy is one of the most powerful — and underutilized — tools in musculoskeletal healthcare. Natural, non-invasive, and deeply effective, it addresses pain, inflammation, and dysfunction in ways that complement chiropractic care and accelerate recovery. At Cooper Chiropractic, our massage therapists are not generalists. They are skilled clinicians who work within an integrated care team to support your specific treatment goals.
Therapeutic Massage
For patients recovering from injuries — whether from a car accident, a workplace incident, or a sports injury — therapeutic massage is a critical part of the healing process. Our therapists are experienced in work injuries, auto injuries, headache and migraine, neck pain, and the full range of musculoskeletal complaints. Techniques include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular re-education, trigger point therapy, and more — selected and sequenced based on your specific condition and recovery stage.
Wellness Massage
Not every massage appointment needs to address an injury. Regular wellness massage reduces muscle tension, decreases stress hormones, improves circulation, and supports the kind of long-term physical resilience that keeps you out of the treatment room. Whether you're an athlete maintaining performance, a professional managing the physical demands of desk work, or simply someone committed to feeling their best — this is care that pays forward.
