Conditions We Treat

Migraines & Headaches

Headaches are not something you have to live with. Many types respond remarkably well to chiropractic care — including migraines that haven't responded to medication.

Migraines & Headaches

Most people treat headaches by managing symptoms — taking ibuprofen, lying in a dark room, waiting for it to pass. That approach makes sense in the moment, but it does nothing to address the underlying cause. Chiropractic care takes a different approach: finding and correcting the source.

Sinus Headaches

Sinus headaches are caused by inflammation and pressure in the sinus cavities — typically associated with allergies or infection. They present as pain and pressure in the forehead, cheeks, and around the eyes, and often worsen with movement. Chiropractic care can support sinus drainage and reduce the neurological irritation that contributes to sinus headache frequency and severity.

Tension Headaches

The most common type of headache. Tension headaches feel like a band of pressure around the head and are typically caused by muscle tension in the neck and shoulders, joint dysfunction in the upper cervical spine, and postural strain. They respond exceptionally well to chiropractic adjustment and soft tissue therapy.

Migraine Headaches

Migraines involve neurological changes that produce intense, often debilitating pain — frequently accompanied by nausea, light sensitivity, and visual disturbances. Research supports chiropractic care as an effective treatment for reducing migraine frequency and severity. Upper cervical adjustments, in particular, have been shown to have a significant impact for many patients.

Cluster Headaches

Cluster headaches are among the most painful conditions known — recurring in cyclical patterns with intense, one-sided pain around the eye. They are less common than other headache types but highly disruptive. Chiropractic care can help reduce the frequency and intensity of cluster headache episodes.
