Dr. Laura Town brings nearly a decade of clinical experience and a deeply nurturing, family-centered approach to chiropractic care. As a mother herself, she is especially passionate about walking alongside women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the often-overlooked transitions of motherhood. Her care is rooted in honoring the nervous system, restoring ease in the body, and creating space for healing that feels supportive, informed, and empowering.
Dr. Laura’s clinical focus includes prenatal and postpartum chiropractic care, infant care for challenges such as feeding issues, colic, torticollis, and nervous system dysregulation, as well as general women’s health concerns. She is certified in the Webster Technique and offers gentle, effective craniosacral therapy, myofascial release—including cupping and scraping—and longer appointment times when needed, creating space for both functional care and deep listening.
Her practice also extends to those recovering from acute injuries such as motor vehicle accidents, disc issues, and chronic pain. With a calm and intuitive presence, she helps patients reconnect with their bodies, find ease in movement, and feel truly seen—whether they’re in the earliest days of life or navigating the demands of adulthood.
Dr. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science from Pacific Lutheran University and a second Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Western States, where she also earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She has pursued extensive postdoctoral training in craniosacral therapy, the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), the McKenzie Method (MDT), RockPods/RockTape techniques, and courses through Gait Happens, The Breathe Institute, and breastfeeding and infant oral motor assessment programs.
Dr. Laura is honored to serve the families of Southwest Washington through her work at Cooper Chiropractic Center for Health and Wellness. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her adventuring outdoors with her husband, their young son, and their two beloved dogs—soaking up every moment of this wild and beautiful season of life.
