Kira was raised in Bellingham, WA, where her passion for health and movement began. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science with a minor in Biology before pursuing a Master’s in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States. Kira is currently completing her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States, with graduation anticipated in Summer 2025.

Before diving into chiropractic care, Kira worked in corporate health and wellness programs for several major companies. She also spent three years as a Vitality Performance Coach at EXOS, where she worked with a diverse range of clients to enhance performance and improve overall well-being.

Kira’s background is rich with movement-based expertise, holding past certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Peak Pilates Certified Instructor, and YogaFit Certified Instructor. She brings this diverse skill set into her chiropractic practice, combining evidence-based care with personalized movement strategies to support her patients’ health goals. She is currently working toward her Webster Certification to better support expecting mothers through specialized care.

Kira is passionate about empowering athletes and active individuals through chiropractic care, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and evidence-based wellness practices. Her mission is to help her patients feel strong, supported, and ready to perform at their best—whether on the field, in the studio, or through life’s daily challenges.

When she’s not in the clinic or studying, Kira enjoys exploring the outdoors, diving into movement practices, and spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs, Rascal and Porter.
