Stephanie received her Massage certificate from Body Mechanics Myotherapy and Massage where she graduated in 2018. Stephanie pursued a career in Massage Therapy after working at Cooper Chiropractic for four years as a front desk representative. After seeing the joy and relief massage therapy brought to other’s she knew this was what she wanted to do: help people to feel their best so that they may live their best lives.

 Stephanie is passionate in helping people to feel their best and believes massage therapy is a powerful tool in helping aid in the healing and recovery process through a more holistic approach. Stephanie enjoys massaging people of all different types of lifestyles whether that’s healing from trauma, daily stress, Motor Vehicle Accidents, sports injuries, injuries from daily activities or pre and postnatal care. Every massage session is specific to each individual person.

Stephanie grew up in the PNW and spends her free time outdoors hiking, kayaking and backpacking when she can. She enjoys cooking, summer concerts and spending time with family any chance she gets.

Specialties include: Deep tissue, Trigger Point, Sport Massage, Myofascial release, and Pregnancy massage.
