Center for Health & Wellness

Alena graduated from the massage program at the University of Western States in September 2016. During her tenure at Western States, she tutored fellow classmates in Anatomy and Kinesiology and also received certification in Rock Tape (kinesiology tape). Massage therapy was a career change for Alena following her decision to live a more active life and directly help other people live their best lives. She believes that it is never too late, and we are never too old, to feel better! Massage can play an important role in recovering from chronic pain, an injury, an athletic event, and maintaining mobility.

When not working, Alena enjoys spending time with her husband, pets, and family. She loves hiking, camping, cooking, baking, reading a good book, and crafts.
